You deserve the BEST gifts. God’s plans for your life are the best. God’s thoughts for you are the best. You are His son or daughter, His word is full of promises for us.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
This is the heart of God for His people. God does not take pleasure when you don’t receive His best plan for your life.
- God’s plans are plans of peace (shalom) and prosperity.
- God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servants.
- God gave David the best blessings. Believe for His best and choicest blessings.
For You met him with the best blessings. You set on his head a crown of pure gold. Psalm 21:4 (TLV)
We should not waste our time or money on anything less than the best. The best gives you satisfaction.
Why do you spend money on what cannot nourish you and your wages on what does not satisfy you? Listen carefully to me: Eat what is good, and enjoy the best foods. Isaiah 55:2 (GW)
They ate cheese from cows and drank milk from sheep and goats. He gave them fat from lambs, rams from the stock of Bashan, male goats, and the best wheat. They drank the blood-red wine of grapes. Deuteronomy 32:14 (GW)

God honors our sacrifice. We should give God our best.
The best I have to bring, I’ll throw it all into the fire as the fragrance of my sacrifice ascends unto you. Pause in his presence. Psalm 66:15 (TPT)
The best gold. There is a river that takes you to the best gold (Gen. 2:12).
And the gold of that land is the best, and there is found bdellium, that is, a tree of spicery, and
the stone onyx; (and the gold of that land is the best, and bdellium, that is, a spice tree, is also

Another key to being the best is virtue. The virtuous woman excels them all. In other words, she is the best.
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Proverbs 31:29
Virtue will give the best name and reputation (Prov. 22:1).
Virtue is goodness, virtuousness, righteousness, morality, integrity, dignity, rectitude, honor, decency, respectability, nobility, worthiness, purity.
It is important to be the best in your character.
God took note of Job who was perfect and upright. There was no one in his generation who was more righteous. He was the best man of his generation. The righteous have the highest and the best standards.
Israel had the best laws of any nation. They were expected by God to be the best in keeping them. The nations would recognize their greatness, laws and wisdom (Deut. 4:6).
God promised to make His people the best.
They would be the head and not the tail. They would lend and not borrow. They would be blessed in the city and in the field.
He said he we should cover the best gifts and he would show us.
But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way. 1 Corinthians 12:31
Prophecy is one of the best gifts. Prophecy does so much for the believer!
Prophecy edifies, exhorts, comforts, heals, delivers, refreshes, confirms, gives life, builds, plants, gives courage, directs, reveals, activates, and imparts.
The prophetic life is one of the best you can live. You hear God’s voice, and relax in His Word and purposes.
Wisdom is the best. Wisdom will deliver the best to you. Wisdom speaks excellent (the best) things.
Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. Proverbs 8:6
Excellence is the highest, the best.
A life of wisdom is the best life. Wisdom helps you make the best decisions. Wisdom helps you receive the best counsel. Wisdom gives you the best understanding.

1. Listening to God
2. Walking in His Ways
We must listen to and obey the voice of God, and follow His direction. We must walk in the ways of God. He will give you His best and you will be blessed in every way.
