The Glory of God releases miracles!
The book of Acts is full of testimonies of the movement of healing and miracles as the Apostles stepped into a new dimension of glory. This is what happens when you chose to stay close to the Lord and access His glory.
And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch. And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women. Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one. “
Acts 5:12-16
This new authority that the Apostles were walking in that was releasing the glory to shake and bring transformation to cities and regions.
There was a mass movement of healing and miracles.
The power of God emanated through their preaching, through their teaching, and through their prayers. Everywhere they went, there was an eruption of supernatural power! As Peter walked through the streets, people brought the sick to get under his shadow. They were dramatically healed.
As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed. “
Acts 5:15-16
Why was his shadow involved? I kept pondering this over and over.
What was the role of the glory in these miracles?
What was the revelation about what was happening here?
Peter got so lost in God that his shadow began affecting people on the same level as God’s shadow!
Glory dwellers tap into the realms of power and authority.
They carry the Kingdom with them and everyone who comes in contact with them experiences the power of God.
If a man or woman gets so lost in the glory of God, they will spring forth in great levels of the miraculous.
People had to come near to Peter in order to get under his shadow. He was carrying the glory of God. If you came near to him, you were brought into a glory atmosphere.
You came into a space infused with the life and majesty of God.
When we live up close and personal with the Father, we will carry the glory. All things become possible. Do you believe all things are possible? If not, then it’s time to get close to the Father. So close that you start having encounters with the Lord, wherever you go. Because you are carrying the presence, you are carrying the glory of the Lord.
When the Lord appears in glory, special things happen:
- Unusual manifestations of power take place.
- Unusual miracles and breakthroughs take place.
- God does His strange works and strange acts. (Isaiah 28:21) We can believe for this.
- We should have faith for the glory.
- There is no limit in the glory.
- Limitations are broken.
- Nothing is impossible to those who experience the glory.
- Glory encounters will transform you and change your life.
- In this world, this realm of glory, the presence of God will overtake you and reveal to you the mysteries of His Kingdom.
